Our other class equation🙃
The shapes have cost, but the cost is lower than 1 dollar so the shapes were pretty cheap
Our choice is for our equation for animal antics is :
A. Using patterned shapes. Draw your own animal
Or
B. Get a classmate and work out the answer together
My answer (My opinions) is :
B. Is the right answer cause your class partner can help you figure out the cost of each animal
B. Is the right answer again cause your class partner

Story of how the south island was created
In our writing class, we have been writing a legend of how the south island was made
Here is my writing :
Raki was the son of Maku, an Mahoranui-a-tea and sometimes referred to as the sky father. He married Pokoharua-te-po. Aoraki was the maitamua of this marriage. He had brothers called Rakiroa, Rakirua and Rarakiroa.
Before Raki descended from the heavens to come together with his second wife, Papatuanuku, his children, who were naturally troubled that he was going to take another wife.
They travelled on their journey in Te Waka o Aoraki. This waka came down came down from the sky. They sailed on the south west and their magnificent Te Waka Aoraki.
Aoraki and his brothers panicked and this is why they didn´t perform the karakia properly, their hair turned into white, when they were hugging, they turned to stone cause they were cold, and because they were scared, then turned into the Southern Alps, and the waka became the south island.

The story of Pouākai and RūRū
In my writing class, we had to write a legend involving with gore :/
The legend was about a tribe on Mt. Torleese with a gluten bird then gave them problems as like they have to risk their life to get at least food and resources to survive.
Here is my writing:
A tribe on Mt. Torleese had a problem, the problem was that they couldn´t go hunt for food, thanks to a bird which is a gluten eating MEN. The chief wanted the bird called Pouākai, removed from the mountain.
One of the men, RūRū, wanted 40 of the bravest men to go with him on his plan. RūRū told his plan at night.
RūRū and his 40 men built a cage, when it was finished, RūRū ran from Pouākai, when Pouākai was stuck on the cage, the men chopped off his feet and wings.
RūRū and his men looked around for a nest after killing Pouākai, when they killed the remaining baby birds of Pouākai, then the tribe didn´t have the problem of trying to risk their life to try and get food but getting killed by a giant gluten on the hunt.
